IT Trainer (Visual Files) – Law Firm, North Yorkshire – Visual Files

Our client is looking for an IT Trainer, ideally with experience of the case management system Visual Files.
Working within a team of 2 trainers, this role requires the individual to take responsibility for training across IT and business applications. With an emphasis on learning and coaching, the role will work closely with key business partners to understand employee’s needs and requirements, design appropriate training material and take responsibility for the delivery of training (both scheduled and adhoc) via a number of different channels including one-to-one, floor walking, remote sessions and classroom based.
The role will ensure both new starters and existing staff receive the right training, learning and development to contribute to the success of the firm via efficient system usage and an understanding of wider business processes. The role includes induction training from IT protocols and emails to full training on the case management system – Visual Files. In addition, full training will be given on MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook.
Ideally you will come from an IT training background within a law firm and preferably have trained on the visual files case management system although we can look at other case management systems also.
You must have a resilient nature and be able to command respect and trust.
Due to the nature of the role there will be some travel to other offices throughout the country including London although the role is based in North Yorkshire,
