IT Trainer – Trainer – TLT, Bristol
We are recruiting for an IT Trainer to join our IT training team in the Bristol office. The team currently has 3.2 FTE IT Trainers and an IT Training Team Leader and is part of the wider IT team consisting of 40 employees.
Reporting to the IT Training Team Leader you will be responsible for the delivery of training for all of our IT systems to all employees and new starters within TLT. You will be involved in all IT projects in an advisory capacity and will assist in the rollout of training for new applications.

The successful IT Trainer will be required to deliver the following:
Deliver classroom training to delegates across all TLT sites, including Bristol, London, Manchester, Belfast, Glasgow and Edinburgh focusing on off-the-shelf and in-house bespoke applications
Utilise Webinar technology to deliver training
Produce and update user manuals, eLearning modules and other supporting documentation for all of our applications
Assist and where appropriate, lead project work to include improving current user working practices along with designing and implementing firm-wide roll-out plans for new and/or upgraded applications
Accurately log training records and manage the IT training calendar

Experience of delivering IT Training in a classroom is essential. Previous experience of eLearning authoring, particularly using Adobe Captivate, would be an advantage
Formal training qualification would be desirable but we encourage applications from anyone who can demonstrate equivalent experience
You must have an in-depth understanding of Microsoft Office 2003 and ideally Microsoft Office 2007 and/or 2010
Knowledge of the following software would be an advantage:
SOS Practice Manager and/or Connect
SolCase or other business process application
Interwoven or other document management system
Interaction or other client relationship manager application
BigHand Dictation or other digital dictation application
You will be able to demonstrate good organisational skills and have experience of dealing with people of all levels within an organisation
