Knowledge Officer/ Knowledge System SME – Law Firm

Exceptional opportunity within an international law firm. You will be part of the Knowledge team and report directly to the Knowledge Manager who looks after online client services and intranets.
The Knowledge department sits between IT and Marketing. It is an exciting time to join a growing team that offers the opportunity to work on projects that will shape the future systems looked after by the team.
The ideal candidate for this role will be personable and confident, able to communicate to end-users and internal customers.
A large part of the role will be to act as the SME for various Knowledge Systems (training provided for specific systems, as listed below). These responsibilities will include some end-user support around functionality, providing user training, gathering requirements, some basic HTML configuration and promoting the systems internally to other teams.
Skills and experience required:
• Knowledge of systems (i.e. portals, e-learning, corporate due diligence/ documents systems, intranets, extranets)
• Improvements/configuration using HTML
• Desk-side support/ user training
• Chairing meetings/ gather requirements
• Enjoys working with systems
• Clear communication skills
• Practical problem solver
