Our Client is a leading global law firm. Due to growth they are now looking for an IT Trainer to assist with the ongoing development of their staff’s technical skills.

IT Trainer Responsibilities:

Deliver and develop high quality training material for use in a variety of environments, including: 1-2-1, remote training, classroom training and e-learning material.
Provide training support to all offices, departments and seniority level.
Provide support to team members when necessary.
Consistently update training material, based on need and customer feedback.
Knowledge of learning technologies such as WebEx, e-tutoring or Camtasia would be highly beneficial.

IT Trainer Skills and Experience:

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
Experience of managing resources effectively; planning sessions and setting out budgets and timescales.
Previous experience of delivering training to the Legal or professional services sector.
Knowledge of Legal Specific applications ( i.e. Worksite,filesite, Aderant, Elite PMS, Elite 3e, Carpe Diem, Bighand)
Experience delivering remote or e-learning training sessions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable delivering sessions to all levels of Seniority up to Managing Partner.
Train-the-Trainer Certification (ITTT) Would be beneficial.

The IT Trainer position is based in Central London and will pay a salary in the region of £40,000 to £45,000. Travel may be required for this role.
