IT Training Manager – Law Firm

Our client is a global law firm who is now looking to recruit an IT Training Manager to manage the IT training solutions for a large IT upgrade project. This role is an 18 month contract position.
As the IT Training Manager for the IT upgrade project you will have the following responsibilities:
Communicate with key stakeholders on progress and expectations
Manage the completion of the Training Needs Analysis
Develop and communicate the training plan
Plan the training delivery rollout
Manage agreed development deadlines and sign off process
Manage and report training development progress
Classroom and WebEx training delivery
Manage E-Learning development
Skills and Experience required for the IT Training Manager role:
Experience working in a legal or professional services environment
Advanced presentation and training delivery skills
Experience of managing IT trainers and the IT training requirements for regional offices
Good understanding and experience of the IT project lifecycle
Experience of working remotely and/or within a variety of international cultures
Knowledge of learning methodologies and learning styles
This position is based in London and is a fixed term 18 month contract and pays a competitive salary or contract rates are available.
