An opportunity has arisen for the role of Project Manager to join the IT team. As a Project Manager you will have previous experience managing small to large IT Projects covering Software Development and Implementation, Hardware and IT Infrastructure roll-outs and upgrades and business process related initiatives, IT Governance ISO 27001, 22301. You will ensure their successful implementation in accordance with client/sponsor requirements and assume responsibility for the initiation, development and delivery of projects ensuring that key milestones are completed on time and in accordance with defined requirements

Key Responsibilities:

*Produce the project definition to include scope, roles, responsibilities, budgets. Timescales and resources
*Technical experience, ideally have experience from a previous hands on role.
*Prepare comprehensive project plans taking input from technical and business resources
*Assign tasks and activities to members of the project team and ensure the required results are delivered
*Work with the Service Delivery Manager and Team to optimize project resource.
*Sell the benefits of projects to their target audiences, effective communication.
*Achieve sign off from the sponsor and other stakeholders at key stages of the project
*Identify, analyse, measure and manage project risks
*Provide regular communication to stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
*Ensure the smooth handover of the project into production
*Ensure the project is conducted in accordance with IT Project Management Standards
*Undertake Post Implementation Reviews of peer projects
*Work with external suppliers/consultants on key IT Governance Projects, ISO 27001 and ISO 22301.

Experience delivering Citrix (XenApp), Cisco Telephony and Networking related projects would be a distinct advantage.

Experience with applications Microsoft Office, Visual Files, Practice Management Systems, would also be beneficial but not essential.

Experience with IT Governance standards, ISO27001, ISO22301, Risk Management, Business Process Frameworks.

This position is based in Aberdeen, Scotland and pays a salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience.
