Leading Global Law Firm is now looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to assist with the ongoing improvement of their internal IT systems.
Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:
Lead project teams to ensure the delivery of important infrastructure projects; ensuring projects are managed within budget and delivered on time.
Manage the full lifecycle of complex projects, including; requirement gathering, contract negotiating, testing, implementation and handover.
Maintain project communication with colleagues and 3rd parties to all levels of stakeholders.
Create accurate and concise technical documentation.
Recommend and manage project budgets.
Deliver presentations and compile business analysis.
Manage projects within the companies projects framework and methodologies.
Project Manager Skill Set:
Extensive experience as a Project Manager, either in a Law Firm or a professional Services environment.
Knowledge of Legal Specific Applications (iManage, Worksite, Filesite, Aderant, Elite 3e, Elite PMS)
Comfortable managing global teams, and where necessary, remote managing.
Excellent leadership and team working abilities.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Able to understand and client briefs and translate them into workable projects.
Excellent mentoring skills and happy leading a team.
Ideally Prince2 Certified.
