Our client is a leading Law and Property Firm based in Aberdeen with a large network of offices. They are currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Analyst to join their team. This role will be very user facing so strong communication skills is a must together with good Microsoft and Citrix skills.

Key skills and requirements for this role are:

• Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Technology
• Strong knowledge of Citrix remote desktop technology
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues,
Self-elevate problems to a Higher Level of Support as required,
• Administer the Citrix Environment, either users or technical resources
• Active Directory and policy management
• Installation and configuration of new hardware and software for end users
• Work with the IT Services functional teams and Service Analysts to ensure issue resolution in accordance with, as a minimum, a Global Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Log and track incoming calls to IT Services irrespective of status
• Update customers on problem status/resolution in accordance with, as a minimum, the Global SLA

This role is based from offices in Aberdeen and the majority of work will be carried out using remote technology to other offices but there will be a requirement to visit users at times. This position pays a salary of £30,000
