Law Firm Systems Support Manager – Cirencester – £40k
Our client is an established Law Firm providing both commercial and personal legal services to clients throughout the UK. The firm is quite niche and employs approximately 50 members of staff. The firm uses all the latest technology and operate on a thin client platform. The firm are looking for an individual who will take full sole responsibility of the IT systems within the firm, this would include some of the following requirements:
To provide first level I.T. assistance to the Practice, covering hardware, software and peripherals and to include such tasks as configuring individual pcs, general ‘I.T. housekeeping’ and routine maintenance.
To liaise with various independent providers of I.T. support to the practice.
To update and configure the firm’s case management software, including ‘add ons’, such as Oyez forms, in conjunction with, and with the assistance of, the provider and in accordance with the firm’s maintenance agreement.
To provide reports using SQL Queries, Crystal Reports, MS Query and Excel, as required.
To ensure all I.T. hardware is operating effectively, carrying out repairs where possible and purchasing replacements where necessary.
Knowledge of Law Firm Case Management systems
Experience within a Law Firm IT environment
This role would suit an individual that has strong IT skills and the desire to have full responsibility of supporting and maintaining the IT infrastructure within a Law Firm.
This position is based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire and is paying a salary up to £40,000 depending on experience.
