Legal Accounts Report Analyst – (Time Entry Conflicts, Reporting, Excellent Benefits)

A Legal Accounting Software Company are going through a period of high demand and growth, and now have an opportunity for a Legal Accounts Report Analyst.

The role:
This is a support based role, supporting clients with issues that arise with their practice management systems, this will include:

· Problem resolution, gathering complete customer information, research internal knowledgebase and documentation for known solutions, isolate causes and take restorative actions while minimising disruption to the customer’s business operation and document steps taken.
· Responding to and communicating in a timely and effective way with customers whilst providing a professional, courteous and knowledgeable service
· Work with colleagues to resolve customer issues effectively and timely. Participate in team meetings and contribute suggestions and solutions to increase effectiveness
· Learning the companies technologies and maintain expertise of the software products.

To be considered for this role you will need to have the following:

– Applications support or related customer service experience in a software environment would be highly desirable.
– Experience with practice management software, but working with the non-financial side which would include Reporting, conflicts checking, time entry etc…
– Any Technical knowledge of MS-Windows, MS SQL Server would be highly desirable but this can be taught.
– Exceptional customer service skills
– Excellent organisational, time management, written and verbal communication skills
