Legal Accounts/PMS Support – Legal Technology Provider – Farnborough, Hampshire
Due to exceptional growth, we are looking to recruit an additional member of staff to our support team. We are a supplier of Legal Accounts and Practice Management systems to law firms and pride ourselves on the exceptional levels of support offered to our customers. As such, we are looking for someone with a good understanding of accounts (legal accounts would be a distinct advantage) and with a sound grasp of technology.
Based at our offices in Farnborough, Hampshire, the main responsibilities of the role will include:
• Acquiring and maintaining excellent knowledge our product and associated technologies
• Providing guidance and assistance to customers using the software
• Working with our customers to answer questions (both accounts and software related) quickly and effectively
• Understanding customers’ requirements and communicating these back to the development team and other departments as appropriate
Candidates must have a strong customer focus with excellent communication skills. A proficiency in IT (including Word, Outlook and Excel) is also essential.
