We are looking for an analytical, energetic and ambitious Legal Engineer who will sit within our Customer Success team and work extensively with our sales and product teams to ensure every customer achieves their desired outcomes with Juro. They will be an ambitious problem-solver who enjoys working with customers and have a form of legal experience but a drive for an alternative career path within legal technology.
As a Legal Engineer you will be a trusted adviser to our prospects and customers, ensuring that they get maximum value from implementing Juro in their organisations. And you will ensure that they are successful with Juro long-term. Legacy contract management deployments consistently fail to deliver results and your role is dedicated to ensuring Juro continues to buck this trend.
To deliver on this mission you will:
Work pre-signature to workshop customers and help them articulate and prioritise their pain points
Set up customer accounts, legal templates and contract workflows so they can start delivering value within hours, not weeks, of signing
Lead on customer implementation of our integrations, including Salesforce and Greenhouse integrations and our API offering
Activate customers quickly in Juro to ensure value is delivered in the shortest possible timeframes
Provide training and enablement materials to new customers so they can become Juro experts themselves
Be a product expert, who is able to provide added value insight to customers and support to colleagues
Share prospect and customer feedback with Juro’s product team so we continue to build the right solutions for them
The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate the following competencies:
Proven ability to learn quickly under time pressure
Strong team and collaboration skills
Awareness of legal contracts and their structure
Strong interest in learning about software
Able to build relationships quickly
Outstanding project management capabilities
It will be hugely beneficial to this role to have experience working within the law, this could be that you are law grad, a trained lawyer or a paralegal and are looking for a career pivot.
