Legal IT Events Guide… 50th BIALL Annual Conference – 13-to-15 June, Bournemouth

Baroness Hale of Richmond, President of the Supreme Court, is announced as the keynote speaker at BIALL’s 50th Annual Study Conference, being held in Bournemouth on 13th to 15th June.

Entitled 50 not out: past, present, future, the conference will reflect on the role that legal information professionals play as facilitators of change and Baroness Hale will aptly talk about the changing legal landscape.

Dunstan Speight, President of BIALL, said:

” Our 800+ professionals are at the forefront of change and we are honoured that Lady Hale has agreed to reflect on the changing legal landscape at our 50th conference. Having been a member of the Supreme Court and its predecessor, the House of Lords since 2004, Lady Hale has witnessed and made legal history – as the only woman Lord of Appeal in Ordinary, the first woman Justice of the Supreme Court and the first woman President of the Supreme Court”
