Ediscovery Project Manager – Everlaw
Join a rapidly-growing startup! You'll directly manage the day-to-day project management needs of our clients. This means helping clients oversee document review and hit critical deadlines for lawsuits worth hundreds of millions of dollars. You will be responsible for working directly with our User Experience, Customer Success and Operations teams in planning, training, and supporting our clients (top law firms and corporations) on how to effectively process their data and utilize the system to make their document review more efficient and cost effective. This includes providing strategic guidance to high-level case leads on establishing workflows, setting up projects, and all other aspects of leveraging the Everlaw platform for the needs of specific cases.
A normal work day will include offering strategic guidance on how best to use the Everlaw platform to meet the client's goals, serving as the primary point of contact for client questions and usage issues, completing project deliverables (progress reporting, assignment management, etc.), and overseeing data and production processing, all while providing superior customer service. Longer term projects will include working on a host of diverse initiatives to improve the client experience, and drawing from your client interactions to inform our product development.
These tasks involve using Everlaw software, so a fluency with web concepts and ability to learn a domain-specific skillset is a must. Excellent communication, a positive can-do attitude, and stellar collaboration and teamwork are required. Since we’re a small, flexible team, you'll also have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the business and design your own projects to help grow our company.
