Are you a motivated self-starter with a track record of evaluating current business and system processes to enable and enhance efficiency across business service departments?

You’ll be part of a newly formed Process/Continuous Improvement team within a high-profile global law firm to eliminate unnecessary complexity and identify better ways of working.

You will be working with key business stakeholders across HR; Finance; IT; Risk; Compliance and Billing to identify, document and review processes using improvement techniques and tools such as Lean, Six Sigma and value stream mapping.

This role with be starting from the ground up within the organisation, so it’s important you prioritise your ability to influence and engage with stakeholders, rather than expecting an environment prepared for Continuous Improvement.

You may be Business Analyst, Process Analyst or Continuous Improvement Manager; your job title doesn’t matter, what matters is the context of what you’ve done – and don’t let the analyst job title put you off. This requires an experienced person with more than 5 years of commercial experience.
