The primary goal of a Customer Support Engineer is simple – to help customers succeed. You will work with a broad spectrum of customers and applications on a daily basis, each day brings a new opportunity to learn and develop. You’ll do well here if you are smart, organized and driven to provide exceptional care to your customers. Your responsibilities will range from providing customer care to documenting and providing best practice guidance, to troubleshooting their complex environments for solutions with our customers.
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
Strong experience in enterprise software Technical Support.
Experience with SQL, IIS, XML/Web Services technology.
Experience with LDAP/AD, Database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2) and Linux
Comfortable demonstrating and teaching technology concepts to others.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated, disciplined, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Recent experience in providing remote technical support
Strong customer service skills
Outstanding analytical and organizational ability
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a high-pressure, fast-paced, fast growth environment
BS Degree or comparable industry experience
Knowledge of and experience with Legal Technologies (DM, CRM, Records or Time Entry systems, etc.) a plus.
Education: College degree preferred
Travel: 10% – usually associated with job training
