This position is responsible for helping Intapp Customers, Intapp Partners, and Intapp’s own Professional Services team build solutions. We are looking for an exceptional researcher to join us and play a critical role in ensuring all questions pertaining to how to best build a solution using Intapp’s products are answered in order to continue to deliver even more excellent results.

This role will include working closely within Professional Services and especially with the delivery team. If you are passionate about supporting a great group of customers, partners, and internal services providers and helping lead them to customer success, we would love to talk to you!

Working alongside the Senior Manager of the Implementations Expert Team, responsibilities include:

Work within the Intapp Community to see that answers provided to questions are vetted, validated, and still relevant.
Work within the Intapp Community to see that questions that do not have answers get answered by working with internal Intapp Product, Professional Services, and Support team members.
Work within the Intapp Community to provide alternative forms of responses such as FAQs to provide even more effective ways of obtaining answers.
Work with the Intapp University program to help shape, develop, and possibly even deliver eLearning and instructor led training materials.
Work with the Delivery team in their mission to deliver stellar solutions to customers.
Provide informed guidance to the Intapp Product Management Team as they build out solutions for the entire Professional Services industry.


Bachelor’s degree.
Ability to do strong research, chase down elusive questions, and produce clearly communicated answers.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Superior written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to listen carefully and to communicate effectively within a diverse environment.
Resourceful, results-oriented, and highly energetic.
Self-starter and proven team player.
Domain expertise, technical degrees, research experience, and library of science studies are all a plus.
