FileTrail a leader in Information Governance and records management for Law Firms and Global Fortune 1000 companies is looking for a Senior Sales person for the UK market. The Sales Executive will develop and manage relationships with UK based Law Firms with a focus on penetration of new accounts. As a part of a team, you will promote the FileTrail solution through product demonstrations, market events, and trade shows.
You will understand that our customers come first. You will maintain an understanding of all our product offerings.
• Manage each stage of the sales process from territory planning to negotiating and closing the deal
• Maintain relevant data in the FileTrail sales force automation tool by recording all significant sales activity producing weekly sales forecasts
• Develop and establish relationships with new and existing clients
• Deliver presentations and messages to various levels of audiences from Manager to C-level, across vary departments from Risk, GC, to CIO
• Effectively communicate our value propositions
Position Requirements:
• Must have 5+ selling enterprise solutions to upper management
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Must have successfully sold to and maintained relationships with C-Level and the IT Director/Application managers
• Contacts within the Magic and Silver Circle firms
• Excellent oral, virtual, and written communications skills
• Travel is required
• Proven negotiation skills and success developing customer relationships
• BA or BS in equivalent from required
