Legal PA – Birmingham

My client, a leading Law Firm is currently seeking a Legal PA / Legal Personal Assistant with proficient commercial experience in a legal environment. Experience of assisting multiple directors in daily activities and liaising with a wide range of stakeholders is also essential and required for this well established, industry leading client based in Midlands.

Essential Skills Required:

Strong communication
Experience of being a Personal Assistant in a Legal or Professional Service environment
Stakeholder management and experience of PA work to Directors
Word processing (Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to juggle multiple priorities
IT skills

A key aspect of this role will be producing documents, briefing papers and reports daily and proof reading documents. You will also undertake assisting in the administration and organising various travel arrangements.

The role is Based in the Midlands and is easily commutable from Solihull, Coventry, Smethwick and central Birmingham.
