This opportunity is London based and is for a new business sales person. You as a New Business Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating revenue in a customer focussed sales environment through the sale of Legal software products within a designated territory. Managing the full sales lifecycle from initial appointment through to close of sale and managing customer satisfaction for the first 12 months post sale, The role requires mobility as frequent travelling to prospect client sites and other locations for seminars, conferences and training is an integral part of the job.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Build pipeline through self-generating appointments by prospecting legal practices that do not have current software & arrange appointments with new legal practices through any leads provided.

Manage the whole sales cycles from prospecting, qualification, identifying key issues and drivers, building and presenting the solution to address those issues (clearly demonstrating the benefit), negotiating and closing the sales through to contract signing.

Respond to all ITTs, tenders and proposals in an accurate and professional manner that maximises the sales opportunity. Visit prospect sites across the defined territory and effectively demonstrate the Legal software on a 1:1 and group basis.

This role offers a base salary in the region of £40,000 to £45,000 plus OTE of circa £30,000 to £40,000 in commission payments. The role offers a car allowance of £6,000 per annum plus 26 days holiday, life assurance, pension scheme and private health cover.
