IT DUTIES

Software & Licensing
Control and monitor service desk mail boxes
Provide software support on a daily basis for clients, liaising with the Infrastructure Service Desk when required and ensuring that you are logging all details in all relevant Helpdesk software

Production
Data preparation & manipulation to prepare client deliverables, as well as assist with production related requirements for the processing of electronic documents
Assist with all post-production deliverable needs for the facility
Collect electronic data evidence for large scale legal matters either remotely or in person

Hosting
Assist with Administration of Hosted software
Maintain network security
Database maintenance & data manipulation
Provide technical support to clients when necessary

Electronic Disclosure
Conversion of electronic files and emails to various formats with the extraction of meta-data
Manipulation of extracted data to multiple data formats

Support
Provide hardware & software support across the IT function, systems and operational team on a daily basis for the whole company & log in Helpdesk software

Security
Have an excellent knowledge of managing the security of the company information and report security events, potential events or other security risks according to procedures

Knowledge
Maintain knowledge & application of current industry trends & practices
Promote & coordinate technical knowledge sharing within the organisation

General
To lead and provide technical support to sales team or clients on chosen software
Ownership of external Service Desk processes and procedures
To ensure that the highest standards of communication are met by the Client Service to clients (internal and external)

Administration
Ability to “wear many hats” and manages multiple tasks across various projects/departments with diverse requirements
Proactively suggest improvements to current processes, utilities & procedures
To be flexible outside set working hours
Assist with any onsite projects
Manage multiple tasks across various projects with diverse requirements
Assist with auditing & achievement of company accreditations (ISO9001)

Responsible for various other programming & software design, implementation & support

General
Undertake available internal & external training to improve yourself
