A prestigious law firm are seeking a Litigation Support Manager to become incorporated into their highly experienced team.

Job Overview:

The selected candidate would ideally possess 4+ years’ experience within a Legal Technology capacity. They will be responsible for providing support and guidance to colleagues within the firm, acting as a mentor and primary point of contact. Primary responsibilities will include: Ensuring electronic and physical files are managed effectively whilst simultaneously leading the Litigation management process.

Responsibilities:

Establish project plans & timetables whilst working with clients to
ensure that all deadlines are met.

Assist paralegal staff with daily responsibilities.

Maintain frequent contact with clients to ensure all their requirements are met.

Provide training for fellow peers and act as a mentor.

Act as a primary point of contact in relation to work projects.

Produce reports frequently.

Streamline all processes to maximise productivity and efficiency.

Provide assistance with the reviewing of caseloads.

Qualifications:

Technical proficiency using software such as Relativity (Preferably Relativity Certified Administrator) & LAW PreDiscovery.

Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.

Keen eye for detail with high level of accuracy.

High technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook & Word.

Exceptional organisational skills.

Exceptional professionalism in establishing and developing client relationships.

A degree in relatable subject (Minimum of 2:1).
