Converge TS are currently seeking a talented Marketing professional to join them at an exciting stage of its development. You will have the opportunity to deliver creative digital marketing campaigns across web, email and social media as well as spearheading the company’s client relationship management strategy.
As a pivotal role in the newly formed sales & marketing team, you will have close contact with clients and prospects, developing targeted campaigns that will drive leads via appropriate database-driven marketing techniques. The successful applicant should have strong organisational skills and be process-oriented. You will be expected to embrace change and develop your management and leadership skills over time. Tools available for you to use are a PR agency, Microsoft CRM, CoreMotives and a healthy marketing budget and strategic marketing plan in place.
You will be reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with new business and account sales personnel, the role is to support, motivate, measure and manage the marketing and sales support activities of the company in line with the business strategy and business plans/budget and forecast. Fundamentally the role is to maximise business enquiries through direct and indirect channels and to enhance and monitor the process that turns enquiries into new customers and enhances the range of service purchased by existing customers.
Experience of working within a technology or legal focused environment would be a distinct advantage.
