Metamorph Law Limited, an alternative business structure (ABS) has adopted Lexis Visualfiles as its legal workflow and case management solution of choice provided by LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions. The solution will drive efficiencies, improve service levels and provide a superior customer experience.
Metamorph Law, deployed the Visualfiles platform in four months from project initiation to go-live. The ABS chose Visualfiles for its rapid adaptability, scalability and proven reputation as being the platform of choice for any organisation that wants to maximise efficiencies through the use of workflow and automation tools.
Immediately, the residential conveyancing and probate practices of the recently acquired SLC Solicitors (a national property management law firm); and Linder Myers, (a personal and business legal services provider); are transitioning on to the Visualfiles platform using pre-built Visualfiles Accelerators for Conveyancing and Probate. The Accelerators are best practice workflows built on an Application Framework that simplifies and speeds up the creation of business solutions within the Visualfiles platform.
Ultimately, all law firms acquired by Metamorph Law will adopt Visualfiles. This will enable the ABS to standardise business processes, achieve a consistent look and feel and deliver a uniform experience to clients across the individual law firms in the group.
“We have aggressive growth plans to establish a national presence by acquiring existing high street law firms in England and Wales,” Michael McGuire, Head of IT at Metamorph Law, elaborated. “Technology plays a major role in our game plan and so a lot of deliberation went into our decision to replace our existing system with Visualfiles. It genuinely offers the richest and most rapid developmental framework on the market today. Visualfiles will in effect be the technology backbone of our operation and will enable us to quickly assimilate and integrate new firms into our group.”
Metamorph Law now has the ability to rapidly add new applications and time saving capabilities to the Visualfiles workflow system, providing a strong foundation for continuous customisation to evolve and improve the platform.
“Flexible and future-proof technology has become a key requirement for law firms of all types and sizes,” Andy Sparkes, General Manager at LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions, said. “We are focussed on continuously advancing the developmental capabilities and toolkit in the solution to give customers the agility and scalability that they need. Metamorph Law will derive huge benefit from the Accelerator Frameworks for Conveyancing and Probate. We are looking forward to closely working with the organisation as a technology partner to help them achieve their business targets.”
