Here's a link through to a Microsoft news story about a Forrester Consulting report on the potential productivity gains achievable with the Dynamics CRM 2011 system. The study concludes that a 2000-employee composite organization with an
initial deployment of 50 users would experience a three-year,
risk-adjusted ROI of 243%
over a payback period of 4.1 months. There is also a link to a PDF of the report.

Comment: And 'yes' we know a lot of people keep saying the Insider/Orange Rag is pro Microsoft Sharepoint and Dynamics – but we are not (in fact as an Apple Mac operation we rarely use any Microsoft systems – we don't even run Outlook) however Microsoft is the 50 stone gorilla currently sitting in a tree lobbing coconuts at the legal vendor market, so they are newsworthy.
