New Winscribe DDS win for SRC

London-based patent attorneys Kilburn & Strode LLP has selected SRC to replace the
firm’s tape based dictation system and deploy WinScribe digital workflow solution to
more than 100 users across the firm’s London and St.Albans offices.

The decision to contract with SRC
follows a detailed review of competitor offerings. Brett Henry, IT Manager at
Kilburn & Strode said: “We evaluated the leading providers, and despite the
special commercial deal being offered by at least one major supplier, we
concluded that the WinScribe solution supplied by SRC will provide Kilburn
& Strode with the best value solution and the best package of customer
services. SRC has been extremely professional throughout the evaluation process
and have a wide range of training and support add-ons that are geared towards
providing high-quality, immediate customer service. This will help us rapidly
implement digital dictation and maximise efficiency gains.”

This latest news reinforces SRC’s
market leading position amongst patent attorneys, with six of the top 10 firms
utilising SRC’s digital dictation and speech recognition solutions.

It’s great to see that SRC have helped another firm realise that WinScribe’s Version 4, digital dictation system offers the ‘best value solution’ to streamline and optimise their workflow, to ‘maximise their efficiency gains’.
Once fully implemented, the client will see how the system’s transparency and control process makes it easy for all users to monitor and adjust workflow and priority list to suit their changing needs
