Pre-Sales/Solution Design Consultant
Our client is a highly regarded supplier of information technology solutions to the legal sector. It is part of a major nationwide software specialist and supports law firms and barristers chambers across the UK. With business going through a period of rapid expansion, the company is now keen to hire a customer facing pre-sales/solution design consultant to join its expanding professional services team.
The primary focus of the role will be to provide support to their sales team throughout the sales process, and to ensure that the best solution is delivered to meet the clients’ needs. The Consultant will engage with potential clients throughout the sales process, and articulate their needs to the company’s technical staff, then putting together proposals, presentations and demonstrations to the client.
You will need the following experience:
Knowledge of legal software and services – particularly, case and practice management solutions
Understanding of the sales process
The ability to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations
Strong MS Office skills
The role can either be based from one of the company’s offices or from home and will involve regular travel to customer sites across the UK
