Proclaim Developer – Clear Law, £25-£35k
Clear Law Solicitors are looking to recruit Proclaim Developer to increase productivity through the development of workflows within the firm’s case management software. You will be joining a small team of developers and will work closely with stakeholders to identify and implement requirements to improve financial performance.
Main Areas of Responsibility
Responsible for the delivery of projects within agreed timescales and to suit the needs of the business.
Plan projects and display progress visually to stakeholders.
Developing new and existing workflows into the firms case management software.
Creating BI reports to deliver relevant information to stakeholders.
Creating and updating technical documentation in line with changes for future training and development.
Assist where necessary with any training requirements and materials arising from new/amended system workflows.
Provide support to staff of all levels to ensure they are able to carry out their day to day duties.
Assisting the support desk, ensuring calls are dealt with effectively and efficiently. This will involve liaising with third party suppliers and internal staff.
Able to work additional hours as and when required for urgent development work/project implementation
Work on projects alone or as part of a team.
Responsible for regular maintenance and updates of the firms systems.
Excellent knowledge of Proclaim, including but not limited to SQL/Database/Workflow Maintenance, Screen Designer, Import/Export, FTP Maintenance.
Experience of Integrations using FTP Imports/Exports, WebServices, CSV & XML Imports is desirable.
Knowledge of SQL database programming and reporting. Experience of MS-SQL and Data Warehouse is desirable.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access is essential (including pivot tables, macros, ODBC).
Strong analytical and communication skills with the enthusiasm to learn the mechanics of a complex case management system.
Proven track record planning and implementing and managing multiple projects.
Excellent attention to detail and able to think outside of the box.
Experience of working within a legal environment.
Experience with Avaya/BCM/Nortel telephone systems would be beneficial.
