Intapp is a global leading supplier of software to the legal, professional services and financial sectors. The company has over 700 clients globally including over 600 leading law firms. With business going through a period of rapid growth, we now seek a Product Manager to take responsibility for our industry leading time recording and management software. The role will be based in our office South Manchester.
This position is responsible for driving the overall product lifecycle and product requirements for the assigned product line, including business analysis for proposed features and modules, comprehensive requirements gathering, business cases containing cost/benefit estimates, competitive analysis, risk analysis, industry best practices, and product development timelines.
In addition, you will work closely with engineering to ensure the continued delivery of market leading, high-quality products.

Responsibilities include but not limited to
•Implement and manage the Product Lifecycle process for your product line
•Coordinate go-to-market activities with sales, marketing, development, and professional services
•Perform Win/Loss analysis to learn from previous sales experience
•Research, prioritize, and publish product development initiatives
•Conduct business-level verification and market testing of new modules and features
•Manage the development and dissemination of roadmaps, PRD’s, and functional specifications documents
•Ensure timely delivery of product deliverables
•Provide product expertise in competitive sales cycles, marketing events, and other outbound activities as required
•Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s or MBA preferred)
•A minimum of 3-4 years of product management experience in the software industry.
• Experience in enterprise software, ideally with some experience of the legal/professional services sectors.
•Strong technical skills and a detailed understanding of software systems, web-based software products
•Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze input from multiple sources (clients, sales, engineering, competitive products, management) and drive the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch to post-launch evaluation
•Superior written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to listen carefully and to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of colleagues.
•Results oriented, resourceful, comfortable working under tight deadlines with a demanding set of internal and external customers in a startup environment
•Self-starter and proven team player
•Ability to travel (at least 15% of time)
