DocsCorp is looking to recruit an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to join a lively sales team based in London. DocsCorp is experiencing record growth with all its teams globally, and our London team is looking for the right person to help us continue our excellent record of customer satisfaction.
DocsCorp is a global software company, with offices in London, Sydney and across the United States. It has a proud reputation supplying hundreds of large organisations with its software applications across the UK and Europe from its offices near Waterloo Station for the past 9 years.

The role would ideally suit those in the IT industry in pre-sales or support for legal firms now that are looking to take the next step in their career to more client-facing roles with greater challenges and rewards. Essential to your role will be an excellent IT background and ability to work with clients face to face to assist them in implementations and training.
The successful candidate will become a key member of the team responsible for supporting sales operations in the UK and across Europe.
You will also have the opportunity to share your ideas with the developers in the DocsCorp R&D team to drive product improvement and increase success for our clients – your input will be valued as part of our global development plans.
This person will be required to;
Support the sales team by delivering high quality product demonstrations to customers and prospects.
Help customers define requirements and translate these into functional specifications.
Work with partners where necessary to enable them to sell DocsCorp solutions.
Manage software trial programs.
Act as a point of contact for existing clients to ensure their requirements are met.
Develop and maintain demonstration systems and ensure these are kept up-to-date.
Participate in prospecting activities including sales events and conferences.
Monitor competitors and market conditions.
Contribute to product roadmap planning by liaising with our R&D teams.
Knowledge & Skills:
As a minimum applicants should possess the following knowledge and skills:
Information Technology Degree or similar qualification or equivalent experience.
Excellent knowledge of document management software such as iManage, eDOCS, SharePoint, NetDocuments or other legal-focussed applications.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience of working with online meeting systems.
Experience using VMware or similar virtualisation technology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively unsupervised.
General office environment and hours. However, work outside of these hours may be necessary due to sales activities and deadlines. Applicant must be prepared to travel to visit clients across Europe. The ability to work from home will also be required from time to time. The position will be based in London and salary is negotiable depending on experience. Full training and support will be provided.
