Project Manager

A leader in Financial Software for the professional Services Market are expanding and have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager.

The role:

The main focus of this role is to consistently deliver on-time and on-budget implementations to exceed client expectations, requiring an absolute commitment to customer service, professional excellence, and teamwork.
You will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering successful projects, often for more than one client concurrently; will assist the Sales team in procuring new business; and will provide assistance/training and mentoring for new or more junior consultants.

-Prince2 Project Management Methodology accreditation, and a thorough knowledge of MS Project.

Principal duties and responsibilities include

Project Management

High level and excellent project management will be the primary focus of this role. Responsibilities include:

New Client Implementations
Preparation of project plans for new clients including resource requirements, dependencies, priorities and assembly of project budget.
Being the main liaison point throughout the project.
Being on-site during the post live phase and first month-end to ensure the smooth transition to the new system

Existing Client Projects
-Project Management and planning of specific pieces of work for existing clients, including:
-Upgrades;
-Integrations;
-System testing.

Client relationship management is the most important aspect of this role, therefore the successful candidate will need to have the credibility and confidence to liaise with global clients at a very senior level. This is extremely important as you will be managing very high profile projects.
