Our Client is a leading and innovative provider of Legal Case and Practice Management systems. They now have an exciting job opportunity to come on board as a Project Manager and assist with the implementation of their software.
Responsibilities of Project Manager Job:
Manage the successful delivery of projects.
Manage projects on time to budget and with excellent customer satisfaction.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a close relationship with customers to ensure success.
Promote additions to systems and advise where improvements could be made to make sure customers have the latest and most effective technology.
Create Project plans and project documentation.
Manage the project delivery process, from inception, to liaising with developers and through to delivery.
Maintain an active interest in the Legal Technology world staying up to date with trends and updates in technology.
Act as an escalation point for supporting customers when required.
Experience and background required for Project Manager job:
Experience delivery software projects in the legal sector.
Good knowledge of Legal Case, Practice and time recording software. (i.e. Aderant, Elite 3E, Carpe Diem, Bighand, Visualfiles, Proclaim etc)
Ideally you will have experience managing projects with have large data migration services required.
Knowledge of Project Management best Practices and ideally Prince2 certified.
Knowledge of ITIL service Management highly beneficial.
Good all round technical knowledge with any development or coding knowledge highly advantageous.
The Project Manager job is with a company based in Nottingham. The role provides the option to be home based if you live in the East Midland or London and the home counties.
There will be extensive travelling for this role so please only apply if you are happy with travelling regularly.
The salary for the Project Manager role is highly competitive and depending on experience.
