BigHand, the market leading voice productivity vendor in the global legal and professional services sector today announced the promotion of Rob Lancashire to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Ben Mills to Lancashire's old job of Managing Director, EMEA Legal & Professional Services division.
