RBRO Solutions – Graduate/Junior Systems Engineer – Norwich (UK)

Currently, RBRO is a seeking a Graduate/Junior Systems Engineer to join our EMEA team. This newly created role will work out of our Norwich office space and will report to our EMEA Consulting Manager. The successful candidate will help our growing EMEA division that specialises in implementing and supporting content management systems and business process management software.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Junior Systems Engineer will work closely with the EMEA Consulting team. RBRO will provide full on-thejob and some external training (where applicable). Successful candidates will need to have met the educational requirements or related experience outlined below. The Junior Systems Engineer will have the opportunity to provide technical support as well as be mentored to work collaboratively with our clients to understand how their business processes work, and help to deliver large scale, complex solutions which are suited to achieve client’s defined business goals. The successful candidate will need to be a self-starter; have a passion for technology; be a strong verbal and written communicator; have proven time management skills; and a desire to develop their skills and learn our business.
SALARY LEVEL: £18,000 – £24,000 PER YEAR; FULL TIME POSITION WITH BENEFITS

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Develop and facilitate successful implementation plans by performing technical implementations and providing primary technical support interface with external clients Collaborate with the internal team on quality assurance, engineering, operations and administration to resolve client issues, and to create and execute action plans Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to respond to complex customer inquiries and resolve them through diligent research, reproduction and troubleshooting Document all technical inquiries, develop and review content for your knowledge Travel up to 25% and have a valid passport Occasionally you will be required to work outside of normal core hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) to meet client deadlines Valid UK Driver’s License Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS: 1-2 years of technology operations/support/implementation experience preferably in the legal or accounting vertical University degree/college diploma or equivalent experience Experience with application integration design and architecture methodologies Proven ability with Microsoft SQL query writing MCSE Certification by Microsoft is preferred, but not required Strong technical background (experience with document management systems such as iManage WorkSite, Opentext, Documentum, or Worlddox, would be an asset)
