London firm Rollingsons Solicitors, has chosen Eclipse's Proclaim Case Management software solution for rollout in several of its departments. The first phase of implementation will see Proclaim rolled out to 40 users within the Property, Family, and Personal Injury Litigation teams (both Claimant and Defendant). In due course, Rollingsons will then review the use of Proclaim further for the Private Client, Employment and Commercial Litigation Departments. For the Defendant system, Rollingsons is working with Eclipse to create a bespoke workflow tool suited to its particular expertise in road traffic cases on behalf of insurers.

Rollingsons is also taking the Proclaim A2A module to enable direct communication with the Ministry of Justice's new low-value road traffic accident claims portal. In addition, the practice will be utilising Eclipse's FileView system which enables live online case tracking for both private individuals and commercial clients. In a first of its kind, Eclipse has worked closely with Quill Pinpoint to create a link from Proclaim Case Management to the Quill Pinpoint Interactive application and outsourced legal cashiering service. This integration will enable Rollingsons to seamlessly transfer core case and matter information to online Quill Pinpoint ledgers and management reports.
