Sales Director/Head of Sales/Head of Business Development – London – £90k-100k base + bonus/bens

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our of the most prestigious Global Legal Software firm in London.

The principle responsibilities are to generate sales of software, while managing a team of Sales Executives to do the same, and to drive the overall account management activities of the EMEA region.

The role would suite a senior salesperson with some line management experience looking to take the next career step.

To achieve £xxxxx personal software license target.
To achieve aggregated team target. (May vary with headcount)
To mentor and develop team members
Build strong funnel of qualified opportunities in the territory
Forge working alliances with complimentary software/service vendors

Must effectively build relationships and network with all levels, including C-level decision makers;
Experience in B2B software application sales (range £100K – £500K licenses);
Strong business acumen with in-depth understanding of ERP needs in Professional Services Organisations, and preferably with the Legal sector;
Exceptional communication skills and boardroom gravitas, and able to inspire trust and confidence in both colleagues and clients;
Must be able to travel extensively throughout sales territory as required;
Have the skills to be able to work independently from Head Office;
Must have the ability to inspire and the patience to work with partnership structures;
Must be a team player.
