Exciting opportunity to join a leading law firm as a SAP Support Consultant. You will be joining a team of 23 expert global support staff.
You main responsibilities will include supporting customers and may include some change requests.
Experience of monitoring, fault finding as well as other key support skills are essential as this will be the primary part of your day to day role.
Customer facing skills are key as this team is very much focused on customer service.
The idea candidate would either be from a SAP security/ Authorization or SAP Basis background, working on the technical side of the system. Any process knowledge around time recording or billing (ideally within legal or professional services) would be a good advantage.
