DocsCorp is looking to recruit an experienced salesperson to join its busy EMEA sales team. The successful candidate will become a key member of the team responsible for generating revenue and managing customer relationships. Previous software company experience is essential and knowledge of the legal IT sector would also be advantageous. Above all, the successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly motivated, have strong administrative skills and a desire to achieve.

This person will be required to:
¥ Manage a defined sales territory, actively prospecting for new business and providing account management to existing customers.
¥ Work with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and other forms of lead generation.
¥ Manage a software maintenance portfolio to maximise renewal revenue and ensure that renewals are processed accurately and efficiently.
¥ Prepare proposals and collateral to be sent to prospective customers.
¥ Generate and respond to sales leads.
¥ Work with reseller partners to assist them to sell DocsCorp solutions and run software trial programs.
¥ Develop and maintain a customer database.
¥ Ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of superior customer service.
¥ Participate in prospecting activities including sales events, conferences and campaign calling.
¥ Monitor competitors and market conditions.
¥ Help customers to define requirements.

Knowledge and Skills
As a minimum applicants should possess the following knowledge and skills:
¥ Strong interpersonal skills.
¥ Excellent written and verbal communication.
¥ A high level of competency using Microsoft Office applications.
¥ Ability to demonstrate software applications clearly & effectively.
¥ Ability to work effectively unsupervised.
¥ A proven track record in a previous frontline sales role including references from customers.

Work Environment
General office environment and hours. However, work outside of these hours may be necessary due to sales activities and deadlines. Applicants must be prepared to travel and the ability to work from home will also be required.
