Slicedbread is a very different type of IT consultancy, we’re proud to have turned the traditional consultancy model on its head. With a clear strategy, much fun and enthusiasm we are committed to transforming our clients businesses through the innovative use of technology.

You have recognised expertise in delivering enterprise class business solutions and would relish the opportunity to further develop and exploit this within an innovative and dynamics organisation. Entrepreneurial by nature you want the freedom to take your career to the next level; unhindered by bureaucracy, job titles, grades or years of tenure.

Passionate about technology you have mastery on many of the latest technologies … Microsoft .NET 4, MVC, Azure, EF, WIF, Web API, NHibernate, Castle Windsor, Nunit and understand the concepts behind things like REST, Oauth and Odata to name but a few. With an eye on the future you also have a view on what’s coming. We work extensively with Microsoft’s server products, SharePoint, CRM and Biztalk etc so beyond simply .NET you should have the desire to turn a hand to these too. Pragmatic by nature you understand the need to deliver to time and budget is paramount. You will also have the personality and gravitas to build peer recognition and mentor other team members.

Based in the North West you will be working in a variety of locations, sometimes at home, at our offices in Altrincham, Cheshire and for periods of time on our client sites.

Excited by the start-up environment, you are flexible by nature, up for a challenge and happy to go beyond the norm. As you would expect share options would form part of our “attract and retain” package.

This is a role that would fit someone who has both great technical skills and a friendly outgoing nature, capable of communicating clearly with our customers to help them best exploit technology to deliver business value.

It is a real opportunity to not only work on interesting projects and products for well-known clients, but to also help shape the growth of the company and to take ownership of some of our technology capabilities.
