Senior Project Manager

Picture More are working with a leading global law firm in order to seek a Senior Project Manager to deliver business change projects for the firm.
The ideal candidate will be a competent leader, must be able to understand business and change management needs at an enterprise level and will have experience of implementing complex business projects working across multiple business functions, teams and geographies. IT project management is provided by the specialist IT project management team reporting into the project manager.

Essential skills

 Demonstrable advanced planning, co-ordinating, management and communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills are necessary. Attention to detail is essential
 Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products – i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio & Project
 Problem solver and decision maker
 Ability to work well under pressure and manage / prioritise workloads
 Highly developed organisational and time management skills
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 Ability to negotiate and persuade at all levels, including senior management, in order to achieve a successful outcome
 Ability to change and adapt in a fast moving environment
 Experience of working in a law firm or similar professional services environment
 Comprehensive track record of enterprise wide project implementations with a business focus
 Demonstrable experience in business change implementations
 Experience of working with teams internationally preferred
 Project management qualifications (e.g. Prince , APM)
 Degree level qualified
