A leading law firm in central London are looking to recruit a senior service delivery analyst on a permanent basis. The main purpose of this role is to take responsibility for the day to day organisation, development and support for the IT helpdesk. This is a client facing roles so people skills are essential.

Main duties will include:

-Provide ownership for the IT support function.

-Management of support analysts weekly shift patterns.

-Effective management of all problems and incidents.

-Introduce KPIs, service level agreements and management reporting.

-Ensure processes and procedures are maintained,implemented and developed.

-Assist Head of IT to define the best working practices.

-Escalate issues effectively to the Head of IT.

The right person for this role will have strong leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven problem solving skills and a flexible and helpful attitude.

A professional services background is desirable, experience at a law firm would be ideal but not essential. Imanage WorkSite experience is an advantage for this role. It is also important that you have used Windows 7/10, Windows Server 2008/2012 and Office 2010/2016. Bighand and legal forms software knowledge would also be beneficial.
