The Opportunity

To provide a high standard of application and systems support to all users within BLP as part of the UK Service Desk team. The role is very well suited to anyone who demonstrates a keen interest in technology, and supporting end users from all BLP offices globally.

Who we’re looking for

You should preferably hold recognised certification as a key requirement as well as other forms or manufacturer specific accreditation whilst having experience within an IT support environment.

An excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate with users at all levels in a calm, confident and professional way.

The successful candidate will ideally have an in-depth knowledge of the following software and hardware platforms:

Main Applications

MS Office 2010 – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access

MS Internet Explorer – IE9

InterWoven Desksite / Filesite / Worksite 8.5

InterAction relationship management system – web and windows client (including the Tikit Plus Suite, InterAction for Outlook clients and ReAction Server)

Elite practice management system (Webview and Enterprise)

IntApp Time

IntApp Wallbuilder

Workshare 7 including Deltaview and Protect

Hardware

Nokia Windows mobiles

iPhone’s

BlackBerry

Windows Surface Tablets
