Service Desk Analyst/ IT Support / User Support

Essential:
• Office 2010/Windows 7
• Active Directory
• BlackBerry/iPhone and latest Android devices
• Excellent written & spoken English

Desirable:
• ITIL

About the role
The Support Specialist will receive requests for assistance directly via email and telephone and also from the helpdesk call-loggers. Although 100% phone-based, strong technical knowledge is required to resolve a high proportion of issues – the role is an excellent path into 2nd line /deskside support. You will be required to provide support to over 1000 users in a team of 6. Customer Service is an essential element of this role and the aim is to be able to articulate both technical and non-technical information effectively. Legal sector experience is highly desirable, though other professional service environments would be considered (insurance, accountancy, financial services/banking etc).

About the company: A global Law firm based in Central London (close to Liverpool Street Station)

Rate: £28k – £30k
Duration: 9 month Fixed Term Contract

Hours of work:
Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm (37.5 hour week on a rotational shift basis)
