This is a 1st and 2nd line helpdesk position providing remote technical support to c.5000 users across Europe. Candidates will need to work alone and resolve complex troubleshooting issues
This is an evening shift role. The shifts are as follows:
11pm-7am (night shift)
Client: The role will be based at the London office of one of our Global Law Firm clients.
