To work as part of the IT team and to assist in the day to day activities of the service desk and IT support function.


Answering the phone and responding to queries
Assist the service desk analysts with overflow of calls
Set up meeting rooms and AV and VC equipment
Replace faulty hardware at users’ desks
Office Moves
Answer and log service desk calls that are received via phone and email in a timely manner
Research resolution to issues, escalating within team as applicable
Inform users of progress with issues
Software problem resolution – legal and bespoke
Building and installing PCs and Laptops
Building blackberry devices
Assistance with project work and implementation
Weekly service desk team meeting contribution
Excellent communication skills and professional manner

Ability to work on own initiative
High quality inter-personal skills
Eagerness to learn
Positive ‘can do’ attitude and work ethic.
Self-motivated, but knows when to seek guidance.

The Service Desk function starts from 08.00am through to 18.30pm and follows the following shift rota:

08.00 – 16.30

09.00 – 17.30

10.00 – 18.30
