Role: Service Desk Supervisor
Client: Top US Law Firm
Location: Central London (Near Liverpool Street)
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 basic depending on experience + bonus + benefits
Management/Hands on split: 75% management, 25% Hands-on technical support
The IT Service Desk Supervisor supervises and develops Technology Support Analysts and serves as the primary contact for call referral and resolution issues as well as for customer questions, compliments and complaints.
This role will provide support across a number of global offices. The person must have an understanding and awareness of time differences, and cultural differences of different countries, and educated to degree level or equivalent. 3 years supervisory experience in a Help Desk environment is required. Help Desk experience in a law firm is preferred. Primarily the position will provide cover from 9:30am to 5:30pm but the person should be able to undertake other shifts as required. The User Support group is a 24/7 support operation and this position is responsible for ensuring there is proper coverage at all times. Individual must also be available after-hours when urgent issues arise.
