Require Skills:

Experience of accounting, document management or time recording products within a law firm or a commercial environment.
Graduate calibre.
Sound knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office.
Some exposure to relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server.
Logical and methodical approach to work.
Ability to plan and control own work.
Experience of testing commercial software would be desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities:

To be a key member of the software test team to ensure that all products are tested to the highest standard and are released fit for purpose.
To assist with the hands-on testing of all software in order to achieve the highest possible standards of quality.
To assist with the management of fault tracking from Investigation through to resolution.
To assist with the construction of automated regression test scripts and with the development of test plans.
To assist with the production of technical documentation.
To assist in the development of new procedures to improve efficiency and quality of software testing.
To assist with the release cycle of new versions.
To visit customers or attend user group meetings as and when the need arises.
To assist with third line support.
