I am looking for an experienced Support Analyst with knowledge of working with various CRM Systems to provide support assistance on a variety of CRM software applications. You will be required to analyse and resolve issues as well as being able to take ownership to ensure SLA’s are being met at all times.

This role will be working within the professional services sector so you will need to possess strong communication skills and be able to demonstrate your ability to work as part of a team as well as being able to think outside the box’ when it comes to problem resolution.

Technical Requirements:
•Knowledge of various CRM Systems
•HTML/Web Skills
•Previous experience of working within a Helpdesk capacity within the professional services sector
•Knowledge of Carpe Diem would be beneficial
