Software Support Analyst – Solicitors Case Management Systems

Due to an internal re-organisation, we are looking for a Software Support Analyst to join our support team.

The successful candidate will help with providing 1st-line telephone, remote & email support to our clients. He/she will also provide assistance to our programmers and have an active role in the development of new software systems.

This is an opportunity to have meaningful involvement in a number of different and exciting projects within close-knit team.

Skills Required:

• A calm & professional telephone manner and an analytical mind with the ability to “grasp the nettle”
• The ability to prioritise and to be decisive
• Knowledge of different MS Windows systems from XP to Win 8
• Extensive knowledge of different MS Office systems (particularly MS Word & Excel) 2003 to 2013

Previous experience in software support and/or knowledge of the solicitors profession would be helpful but not essential. It is more important that candidates should demonstrate a professional manner, common sense and an ability to learn quickly.

Above all, you must have genuine commitment, the right attitude and a desire to work hard. You must be adaptable and a team-player. In return, we can offer a position with genuine prospects.
