Our client is a leading supplier of information and information technology to the legal and professional services sectors. Its products are used by many of the leading law firms across the globe and is going through a period of rapid expansion.

This is a new role and will focus on the provision of pre-sales support to the company’s team focusing on their Enterprise solutions team with particular emphasis on its highly regarded Case Management system.The role will involve the following:
• Providing primary pre-sales support for sales opportunities within the Enterprise Solutions sales team
• Providing on-line and face to face software demonstrations
• Assisting in tenders and pitches
• Become the technical liaison for issues raised by the sales team

You will need a background in the development arena with experience of .Net and WFP solutions and be looking to move to a customer facing role. Additionally, experience of case management systems such as Lawsoft, Iris or Visualfiles will be of distinct advantage. The role will involve extensive customer liaison and therefore you will need strong verbal and written presentation skills
